About Head & Neck Cancer

Head and Neck Cancer Treatment

Head and neck cancer is characterized by the rapid proliferation of abnormal cells that typically originate in the mouth, nose, or throat region. These cancers have the potential to spread to nearby lymph nodes, organs, or other areas of the body. The majority of head and neck cancers are associated with tobacco or alcohol usage or infection with human papillomavirus (HPV).

What are the symptoms of head and neck cancers?

In the mouth, cancer can cause:

  • A white or red sore that does not heal on the gums, tongue, or lining of the mouth.
  • Swelling in the jaw.
  • Unusual bleeding or pain in the mouth.
  • A lump or thickening.
  • Problems with dentures.

At the back of the mouth (pharynx), cancer can cause:

  • Trouble breathing or speaking.
  • A lump or thickening.
  • Trouble chewing or swallowing food.
  • A feeling that something is caught in the throat.
  • Pain in the throat that won't go away.
  • Pain or ringing in the ears or trouble hearing.

In the voice box (larynx), cancer can cause:

  • Pain when swallowing.
  • Ear pain.

In the sinuses and nasal cavity, cancer can cause:

  • Blocked sinuses that don't clear.
  • Sinus infections that do not respond to treatment with antibiotics.
  • Bleeding through the nose.
  • Headaches.
  • Pain and swelling around the eyes.
  • Pain in the upper teeth.
  • Problems with dentures.

We Treat All Stages of Head and Neck Cancers:

  • Early-stage head and neck cancers
  • Locally advanced head and neck cancers (spread to lymph nodes or organs around the neck)
  • Metastatic head and neck cancers (spread to distant organs)
  • Recurrent head and neck cancers

Alternative Treatment Options: How ICCA Global Overcomes Challenges with Head and Neck Cancer

When it comes to treating head and neck cancer, typical standard treatment involves surgery, radiation therapy, and chemotherapy. Some patients may face surgical resection and have to undergo rehabilitation due to the disruption of the cancer patient's ability to eat, speak, and even breathe. All of which can leave the patient feeling weak and exhausted.

At ICCA Global, our integrative and alternative cancer therapies allow for safe and effective treatment without the discomfort, physical exhaustion, and rehabilitation that occur with standard treatments.

What We Do For You

Utilizing our foundational FivePoints Cancer Care™ treatment program, each patient is tailored to a personalized treatment plan based on their unique cancer cells. By administering less-invasive, non-toxic treatments, it minimizes disruption in the patient's daily life and avoids the potential for disfigurement when faced with standard treatment.

We specialize in cancer treatments that support the whole body, while preserving and restoring quality of life:

When it comes to targeting tumors, we take extraordinary care to ensure that no harm comes to your delicate healthy tissues, such as the heart, lungs, lymph nodes, or any other affected organ.

ICCA Global is recognized worldwide for instigating significant reduction, shrinkage, and often complete necrosis (death) of aggressive cancer tumors, all while ensuring the preservation of healthy surrounding tissues.

  • Localized, tumor-targeted treatments that don't damage healthy tissue or organs
  • Prevent cancer cells from spreading to surrounding tissue or organs to strengthen and stimulate the immune system to recognize and fight invading cancer cells
  • Improve the overall effectiveness of radiation and/or systemic therapy
